Stewart Copeland is truly a creative musician. His time with the Police was an endeavor that formed part of my childhood. It’s great to see that he is still performing and engaging his creative sensibilities. I can’t wait for the next Police tour…will it ever happen

Btw I just wanted to thank you again for passing the flag to me at MSG!
I won’t forget I OWE YOU!
As a side did I tell you I’ve an underlying ‘MSG problem’. You see it’s always there in my mind. Always. Subconsciously I’m always thinking/trying to tell someone about it and when I see someone I’ve not seen for some time. Jackpot! I can tell them about my MSG experience.Lol.Sometimes, however, I get it wrong and when I ‘m about to go into great detail they tell me ‘YES Steve you’ve told me already…er thanks’.
It’s a real ‘downer’ I can tell you… lol.

Kellie, I loved the questions you asked. what a refreshing take on a S. Copeland interview.
I also have to admit after reading all the books that Stewart [&Ian] have the most interesting tales to tell.
I SO admire his attitude and that he has taken on any creative endeavor with such fevor and much success. I aspire to be like him.

It may be morose but I have wondered lately about the death of the 3 heroes of “my” band and I know I will cry and feel a great lose on that day as they have meant so much to me personally beyond the music.

THIS SO RULES!!!!! It’s so nice to see him being asked thoughtful questions by someone who has a clue, instead of the usual “when are the Police getting back together” questions – when they’re not being interspersed with “yeah, but don’t you and Sting REALLY hate each other?” Bleh. We’ve all read enough of those to last forever.

I love seeing him asked writerly questions, since he’s obviously so good at it. That damn guy – is there *anything* he can’t do?
